2,000lbs to 10,000lbs of Cannabis: Mandatory imprisonment of seven years and a fine of $50,000.
10,000lbs+ of Cannabis: Mandatory minimum incarceration of 15 years and a $200,000 fine.

Cocaine

28 to 200 grams: Mandatory minimum jail time of three years and a $50,000 fine.
200 to 400 grams: Mandatory minimum jail time of seven years and a $100,000 fine.
400 grams to 150 kilograms: Mandatory minimum jail time of 15 years and a $250,000 fine.
